Kirsten Miccoli

October 26, 2014 | Author: Jo David

Kirsten Miccoli started showing interest in the arts at a very young age. As a girl she would play with her parent’s 35mm camera, taking elaborately constructed self-portraits and exploring the world around her. She fell in love photography and it’s ability to both capture and create moments. In 2010, Kirsten graduated with her BFA from Columbia College Chicago.

She is well known for her work in the fashion community and her creative portraiture. She enjoys using the art of photography to tell a story, whether it is constructing a whimsical world that had previously only existed inside her mind or attempting to capture the essence of a person with one single frame, she continues to try new things and make waves in the community.
